We are excited to welcome a diverse group of artists, makers, food vendors, and local businesses to the HeART of Halifax Festival. Our vendor marketplace will showcase unique, handmade, and locally inspired products alongside a variety of food and specialty vendors.

Whether you are an artist, maker, small business owner, or food vendor, we invite you to be part of this growing community event. Vendor applications are currently open, and we are looking for participants who bring creativity, quality, and a passion for connecting with the community.

To create a well-balanced and successful marketplace, vendor spaces are limited and curated by category. Vendors are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, with consideration given to maintaining a variety of offerings. In some categories—such as food or specialty items—only a limited number of vendors may be accepted to ensure each participant has a strong opportunity for success.

For artisan and craft vendors, we allow for a broader range of similar products while still aiming for diversity across the marketplace. We encourage interested vendors to apply early to secure their spot.

Vendor prices will range from $50-70, depending on the type of vendor. Discounts for youth vendors under 18! More details will be announced soon so be sure to check our website frequently or follow us on Facebook.
